Question: I have recently received my order for 12 AudioSerenity Spike Shoes, but I have only received 2 boxes with 4 in each.

Answer: The AudioSerenity presentation boxes for the Spike Shoes are twin layer, like a box of chocolates. In one box there will be 2 layers whilst the other box will only have Spike Shoes on the top layer.
