When we receive your order we process immediately and will confirm to you by email that the order has been received.
Stock allocation is then matched to your order and you are notified that your order has been processed and despatched. Orders received after 3pm are processed the following working day.
AudioSerenity Spike Shoes & Isolation Pads (depending on bulk) are normally sent via Royal Mail. Above 1kg we despatch via Parcel Force.
AudioSerenity Level 1, Level 2 and Level T2 Isolation platforms are made to order in our UK workshop. These are normally dispatched within 3-5 days of receipt of order. Again, you will be notified by e-mail when items have been dispatched.
All deliveries will be despatched to your shipping address and will have to be signed for.
