• The ISO-9H Isolation feet measure 23mm in diameter and are 9mm tall. The ISO-9H are designed to be compressed during load support and therefore the installed height will be less than 9mm. (See Caution 1)

  • The ISO-9H Isolation feet are made from a carefully selected grade of Polyurethane. The shore hardness of the rubber is 60 Shore A.

  • The ISO-9H Isolation feet can be used with the hemispheres facing up or down.

  • Per set of 4, the ISO-9H isolation feet can support equipment weights up to 12 Kg. (See Caution 1)

  • Over time and particularly after exposure to high ambient temperature & humidity the Polyurethane material may degrade (soften) resulting in a lower installed height. (See Caution 1)

  • Over time and when exposed to high levels of UV, the Polyurethane material may chalk.

1) Check the ventilation gap under your equipment required by the manufacturer before using these feet. If in doubt, do not use. The installation height of the ISO-9H will be less than 9mm dependent on equipment weight. Do not use if the gap required is larger. To allow for settling and acclimatisation, within 24 hours & after 7 days of initial installation, check the installed height is sufficient & check regularly & periodically. Continue checking at least every 3-6 months during your normal, routine, equipment inspection.

2) Do not block ventilation draw grills on the underside of your equipment during placement of the Isolation feet. Always locate on a flat surface that has no holes of gaps.

3) Always lift your equipment into its final location. Never try to re-locate your equipment by pushing or pulling when the Isolation feet are in place. This could result in the high surface friction causing the contact surface to separate and the equipment to topple or become unstable.

4) The ISO-9H Isolation feet are designed to be used directly between themselves and the hard surface on the equipment (e.g. Wooden Speaker / Stand or metal stand / enclosure). These are not designed to be stuck to any existing rubber / cork / felt feet.

5) To ensure a secure fixing, always clean the surface of the equipment where the adhesive layer of the ISO-9H will be applied. This is recommended to be Isopropyl alcohol, or an alcohol based wipe.

6) To ensure a secure fixing, allow the ISO-9H Isolation feet to acclimatise at room temperature before removing adhesive backing and affixing to the equipments surface.
